Can of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of Frank’s hot sauce
Diet Pasta Spaghetti
Add all the ingredients for your sauce into a saucepan. Put on the hob at a medium to high heat for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Put the spaghetti in a colander and was it with warm water. Put the spaghetti in a saucepan of cold water and boil on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Microwave the Quorn mince for 4 and 1/2 minutes at 800w. Stir. Then put back in the microwave for another 4 and 1/2 minutes.
Serve up and sprinkle with a small amount of vegan cheese
