Bench Press 


This is Rachel showing how to bench press with the help of her spotter.  

She’s working with a light weight in this demonstration but remember technique and form are the most important thing not the weight you’re lifting. 

Bring it down for 2 seconds and up for 4 seconds. Remember your breathing. Inhale on the way down and exhale on your way up. Never lift anything that’s too heavy. Leave the ego at home. Otherwise you can seriously injury yourself!
