So today I am making the promise to myself that I will aim to lose 18 pounds by August 5th. Nothing like a family event to help kickstart the weight loss.
Back in January I weighed 139lbs (9st 13lbs) but then I got injured and 6 months of no exercise and bad diet has caused me to gain 18lbs so I now weigh 157lbs (11st 3lbs). Over the next few weeks, I am going to do a weekly progress report of inches lost, lbs lost, what exercises I’m doing and what I’m eating and drinking.
