To be honest, I am not a morning person so I really can’t be arsed making food in the morning. I decided to put this bake together to last a few days so I can just grab it out of the fridge after my cardio.
Ingredients: (Serves 8)
8 Asparagus Tips
8 Cherry Tomatoes
60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
30g Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper
In a bowl add your 10 eggs, almond milk and salt and pepper, and mix well. I don’t have a whisk… or I do and have lost it. I mixed it altogether with a fork.
Take your cherry tomatoes and asparagus tips and cut them in half.
Pour the contents of your mixing bowl into a baking dish.
Add in your cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
Crumble feta cheese on top.
Pop into the oven at 200 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes
