Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 Chicken Fillets
4 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Cornflower
1 Red Onion
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup of Cashews
Cut chicken fillets into pieces, add 4 TBSP of Soy Sauce, 2 TBSP Cornflower and 2 TBSP of Garlic Powder. Mix together and then let chill in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Chop up your peppers, onion, spring onion, mushrooms and carrots.
Add a TBSP of Sesame Oil into a Wok/Skillet, when hot add in your chicken.
When the chicken is cooked, add in a cup of cashews and your chopped veggies.
Cook until veggies are soft.
Boil a saucepan of water and add in your egg noodles.
