Ground Turkey Mince or for a meatless option I suggest using Quorn mince
1 tbsp of Franks Original Hot Sauce
Finely diced green and red bell pepper (I used about 3 small strips from each pepper)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup sweetcorn
4 slices of jalapeños finely diced
A pinch of cumin, pepper, thyme and garlic granules
Chop bell peppers and jalapeños into finely diced pieces
In a mixing bowl add your turkey, sprinkle a pinch of pepper, cumin, thyme and garlic granules.
Add peppers, jalapeños, onion and sweetcorn.
Add a tbsp of hot sauce, if you want them very hot use 2 tbsps of hot sauce.
Mix all together.
Kneed your mixture into a burger patty.
Place on a tray covered in foil.
Cook for 10 minutes at 190 degrees celcius then flip over and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
