Pack of Strawberries
Skyr natural yogurt
Red food colouring
Get 4 small bowls. Pour yogurt into all 4. Stir the red food colouring into the bowls as follows:
- Bowl 1: Yogurt
- Bowl 2: Yogurt and 1 drop of red food colouring.
- Bowl 3: Yogurt and 2 drops of red food colouring.
- Bowl 4: Yogurt and 3 drops of red food colouring.
Take 2 Strawberries and dip them into bowl 1, making sure they’re covered in yogurt and place them on a baking tray covered in grease proof paper.
Then take 2 more Strawberries and dip the into bowl 2, coat them yogurt and place on the baking tray.
Do the same for bowls 3 and 4.
Yogurt tends to crack when it’s frozen so once the hour is up, coat your strawberries again. Do not skip this step.
Once your Strawberries have their second coat, place them back into the freezer for another hour.
After that hour, take them out, serve and enjoy ❤
