Protein Salad

This is a high protein salad. Since I’m currently off my feet and unable to exercise I’m currently on low carb and low fat and a strict 1,200 calories a day. This salad is low in carbs and fat and is super filling. 

Ingredients: 

150g Diced Chicken Breast 

12.5g Makaron Organic Soya Bean Pasta

50g Aldi Crunchy Salad

1 Aldi Salad Tomato

1/3 of a tbsp Tesco Cesar Salad Dressing 

Directions: 

Grill chicken for 8 minutes on a George Foreman Grill. 

Boil pasta until soft

Mix salad, tomato, chicken and pasta in a bowl

Drizzle a very small amount of dressing over the salad 

Nutrition: 

257 Calories

41g Protein 

7g Carbohydrates 

4g Natural Sugar 

3g Fat
