RED January: Week 1
So this week I started RED January, unfortunately I can’t do everyday with my knee injury but managed 3 days in a row and a total of 10.1km. Might not sound like much to most but it was a load for my knee. My body was so exhausted after 3 days in a row that I went for a nap at 3pm yesterday and slept on and off till 7am this morning!! I was exhausted!!!
My knee has been taking it well. On Day 3, I did have to lower the speed to manage the 3km but I got it done so that’s the main thing!
I’m aiming for week 2 to get at least 12-15km.
