Slimming World: Week 2

Another week, another weigh in.

This week was hard, I have not been sleeping well at all. Having those horrible nights when your body is completely exhausted but your brain just won’t switch off. Which has completely affected my productivity and diet this week.

Yesterday I went to my weigh in and I was down again.


I was hoping for 2lbs but after how bad this week was, I’ll take the 1lb loss.

On the plus side. Total loss:


If I can get between 1 – 2 lbs a week I will be happy!

I am working out regularly along with Slimming World. So I have also been taking measurement inches and have lost 2 inches this week.


That’s what people forget sometimes, you may be losing fat but gaining muscle. A pound of fat is the same weight as a pound of muscle. Just muscle is leaner, so never get disheartened by the scale.
