Vegetable Hummus Cups 

Holy crap guys, these taste absolutely amazing! 

I wanted to try out some vegan and vegetarian recipes this week as I do post a lot of meat recipes and I have been asked for more meatless stuff. 

If you are after a quick, easy and healthy snack. This is for you. 
Ingredients: 


Spinach

Cucumber

Low Fat Hummus

Lettuce

Carrot

Red Bell Pepper

Directions: 


Chop up cucumber, pepper and peel your carrot. 

Take a lettuce leaf, spread a layer of hummus on top and top with your vegetables and that’s it! 

It’s that simple and tastes so good ❤️
